Once you have decided on a final itinerary, we'll book and coordinate all of the travel arrangements for you.

A: Due to the complicated nature of travel and to ensure our time is spent planning vacations for our best and most qualified clients, as of November 1st , 2022 we have implemented a non-refundable " Concierge Care" fee.
During your FREE initial consultation, we will discuss our procedures and fee structure. Planning fees start at $49 and vary based on the destination and complexity of the trip.
